Welcome to the Storybook Stay, a magical family-ready villa inside the gated Encore community, minutes from Disney! Enjoy your private backyard (no rear neighbors) with heated pool, spa, BBQ grill, and outdoor dining — perfect for unwinding after or between park days. This 5-bedroom home sleeps 10 comfortably and features a bathroom for every bedroom, themed suites your kids will love, game room, fully equipped kitchen, baby essentials, fast WiFi, and laundry.

Everyone has their own bathroom (with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash), Smart TV, and room-darkening shades.

• Primary Suite with a king bed, soaking tub, workspace, crib, and walk-in closet
• Animal Kingdom–themed Suite with a king bed and white noise machine
• Princess-themed Suite with twin beds, step stool, and white noise machine
• Harry Potter–inspired Suite with a queen bed, walk-in closet, and white noise machine

The Storybook Stay is a fully private villa. This listing excludes access to Encore Resort waterpark or communal amenities which are operated by an external company.

🔥 POOL & SPA HEATING ADD-ON
• $50/night + tax for full stay during October - April
• $40/night + tax for full stay during May - September
• Request at least 48 hours before check-in and it will be warmed up for arrival (88 degree for pool, 98 degrees for spa).

⚠️ POOL SAFETY
Florida law requires child safety alarms on all pool-access sliding doors. Ours automatically resets after use. The backyard is fully fenced.
